A California judge cut a child rapist’s potential life sentence last week, saying the man had not meant to harm the toddler girl.

Kevin Rojano was convicted Dec. 3 of sodomizing a child younger than 10 and lascivious acts with a minor, and he was initially sentenced to 25 years to life in prison.

But Orange County Superior Court Judge M. Marc Kelly (a former basketball player whose education came via a sport scholarship) trimmed 15 years off Rojano’s sentence, saying it would be cruel and unusual punishment to impose the maximum prison term because the 20-year-old lacked “callous disregard for (the victim’s) well-being,” reported the Orange County Register.

Prosecutors said Rojano was playing video games June 4 in the garage of his Santa Ana home when a 3-year-old relative wandered in, and investigators said the man became sexually aroused by the child and assaulted her.

The girl’s mother was unable to get into the locked garage as she looked for the child, and prosecutors said Rojano covered the toddler’s mouth to keep her from yelling.

Rojano let the girl out of the garage, and her mother was unaware of the abuse until her daughter complained of pain.

“In looking at the facts of Mr. Rojano’s case, the manner in which this offense was committed is not typical of a predatory, violent brutal sodomy of a child case,” the judge claimed in his decision. “Mr. Rojano did not seek out or stalk (the victim). He was playing video games and she wandered into the garage. He inexplicably became sexually aroused but did not appear to consciously intend to harm (the victim) when he sexually assaulted her.”

Kelly also argued that Rojano, who had been abused as a child, said he regretted his crime.

Lots of points arise here about the mental state of the criminal, the Judge and the government of the state of California, whose ‘liberal’ residents like to claim their state leads the world in ‘enlightened’ living. The biggest question however, given what I know about the domination of the California school system by the politically correct left, is when are the entire state education departnment going to resign, because the system they preside over with its prioritising of multiculturalism, equality studies, gay rights, gender awareness, feminist history, black culture and the sins of evil Europe has begun to turn out complete sociopaths.

What kind of twenty year old, other than one who is seriously fucked up and should be living in a secure unit, gets aroused by a three year old girl? Educators in california will, I am sure, blame the parents, religion, the republicans and the patriarchal society. Teachers in the politically correct education system usurped the role of all those decades ago. So its time for the tax eaters to step up to the mark, take responsibility and admit failure. And then fuck the fucking fuck off.

Now We Know Why Huge TPP Trade Deal Is Kept Secret From the Public

Here at The Daily Stirrer we have been warning you about the iniquitous ‘free trade’ threaties being pushed by the Obama Andministration, the Trans-Atlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP) and its equally evil twin, the Trans Pacific Partnership. These treaties are not about free trade in the conventional sense, but freeing Corporate Businesses to do what they like without hiunderance or restriction from national governments or consumer protection groups.

Now We Know Why Huge TPP Trade Deal Is Kept Secret From the Public

A key section of the secret Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) trade agreement has been leaked to the public. The New York Times has a major story on the contents of the leaked chapter, and it’s as bad as many of us feared.

Now we know why the corporations and the Obama administration want the TPP, a huge “trade” agreement being negotiated between the United States and 11 other countries, kept secret from the public until it’s too late to stop it.

The section of the TPP that has leaked is the “Investment” chapter that includes investor-state dispute settlement (ISDS) clauses. WikiLeaks has the text and analysis, and the Times has the story, in “Trans-Pacific Partnership Seen as Door for Foreign Suits Against U.S.”:

An ambitious 12-nation trade accord pushed by President Obama would allow foreign corporations to sue the United States government for actions that undermine their investment “expectations” and hurt their business, according to a classified document.

The Trans-Pacific Partnership — a cornerstone of Mr. Obama’s remaining economic agenda — would grant broad powers to multinational companies operating in North America, South America and Asia. Under the accord, still under negotiation but nearing completion, companies and investors would be empowered to challenge regulations, rules, government actions and court rulings — federal, state or local — before tribunals organized under the World Bank or the United Nations.

The WikiLeaks analysis explains that this lets firms “sue” governments to obtain taxpayer compensation for loss of “expected future profits.”
